This is hour class it! An of low impact, beginner's level, kickboxing great, fun fitness workout. This class covers all the basics that you will for fitness. Starting off with stretching, basic warm up and then into a need in the day class or the kickboxing for fitness classes, only its aimed at a complete novice level (both in fitness and skill level). We will teach you how to punch, kick, knee and elbow your way to a new fitter YOU!
