Q. How fit do I need to be to start?

A. You can start at any level of fitness, but if you are considerably unfit a visit to your doctor before starting any fitness regime is adviseable, just to make sure you can handle it.

Q. I see that your club enters inter-club events, will I be expected to enter these, or can I just train to get fit?

A. We do not expect or pressure any student(s) to enter inter-club events, or to fight, and if you want to train to keep/get fit, to protect yourself, or to compete,

this is entirely your choice.
