All training should be carried out using the proper equipment to ensure participant's safety. As items like pads and gloves can absorb sweat from the user, for hygiene reasons we advise participants to obtain their own items.

EQUIPMENT USED IN THE CLUB  MUST BE PURCHASED FROM WIDNES KICKBOXING

Equipment may be provided in each lesson subject to availability.
